Wow!!! That is just not right. I felt bad for keeping, tagging, and feeding my family with the 30 inch red we caught this past weekend and this guy is just being abusive!!! Not Right!!!

lol nice... Gotta wonder what these people are thinking when they do stuff like that.

I don't keep oversized Reds at all but seems the population is doing fine so I don't get all that mad when I see it, but the law is the law.

Good. People who pull this crap should have their fishing license suspended for a while and permanently if they are repeat offenders.

Agreed. Would have penalized him more by taking his truck.

I've always heard stories where boats and fishing rods could get confiscated by Wardens. Never have seen an actual case of it but just the thought always comes across very threatening.
