I don't keep oversized Reds at all but seems the population is doing fine so I don't get all that mad when I see it, but the law is the law.

Agreed. Would have penalized him more by taking his truck.
I've always heard stories where boats and fishing rods could get confiscated by Wardens. Never have seen an actual case of it but just the thought always comes across very threatening. |
