| Hey folx, I always appreciate the info I learn off this board. I'm from waco and I will be down mem day weekend with a friend from dallas. We have a couple of 6/0's and a OK freenzy. Info on the board might foresee much weed on pins. My question is about the Jettyboat to the northjetty. Would there be any relief from weed fishing on the surfside? Also, are you able to carry alot of gear on the boat including the frenzy..Thanx everyone, have a good weekend |

I've seen people carry quite a bit of gear over, including a kayak. I haven't seen the captin get upset over it, so I guess its alright. As for the weed, I was at the south jetty last weekend and it was fishable on both sides, I would think it would be the same at the North Jetty. If your gonna be down there anyway, why not give it a go? Let us know how it turns out.
