Winds out of the SSE at 9-10 mph, humidity is 92%, barom is steady at 29.86, skies are partly cloudy at my house with spotty showers on the radar. I think we will see more later this morning. Hope everyone has a great day, report later, I hope. Very Happy

Todays catch.

At my brothers cabin in Utah. No one thought I could do it because the deer are very skidish. I guess he was just smarter than the others. Blacktail deer.

We stopped at a market in Cedar Village, UT. I had to take a pic of the squash display. The produce dept. looked liked you walked into someones garden.

More Blacktails.

The view from our room at Bally's

Not only was I pretty looped in this pic but I had to take my hat off in this restaurant for a $ 200.00 steak dinner with the misses. The steak was great, I think.

A nice gift sent to our room from my wonderful friend, who does something with shows an sales in Vegas. I went to school with her. I will have to take her more fish the next time we go to vegas.

A great Italian restaurant in Vegas. My brother took us out there he has lived in Vegas for 25 years.

up around 8600 ft on the way to Duck Creek Village.

My brother's cabin in Duck Creek comes complete with 3 bedrooms, woodstove, deer, antelope, Elk, great scenery, and the best thing he has 6 big quads in the garage. Very Happy OH, and moving there from the Bluff his cabin is called.....THE PORCH.

I'm tired of posting pics nap time for IMS.

Nice to see you, and the Wife, had a great get away. Good to have the weekend weather reports coming in. You're not missing a beat on getting stock for your next fry.

Looks like you two had a great little vacation.
That cabin with the deer looks fantastic......but what happens in the winter when it snows?

They stay in until spring melt.

Those are muley's, black tail are a lot smaller and native to the pacific northwest. No black tails in Utah.

It snows up to the roof there, my brother lives in Vegas. The folks who live there have big snowmobiles and snow plows and shovels, most of the village boards up for the winter and shuts down. The deer and other large animals move down to greener pastures where they cam find food.

Thanks for the pics and report Stan. I'm not much for bright lights and $200 steaks, but that cabin sure likes a nice place to hang out! Very Happy Love the deer feeding picture.

A comment on the nomenclature for rbf...lots of folks out west call mule deer "blacktails". It's just what we do. Those little speckled fish down on the coast ain't "trout" either. Wink Very Happy
