Only fished for 1 hour!! No more, no less, as per the wife unit. We had other pressing things to do, like shopping(input sarcasm )!! Ok, to the report;
Water-7/10
Weed- non issue
Bait- lots
Fish caught- pomp, jack, skip jacks, hardhead. No reds:(
Cool thing were the billions and billions of 1" mullet. They were so thick it looked like the surf was one big moving shadow! Threw a spoon on the edge and had instant hookups, but most were skip jacks. Every cast produced something. So, now I sit here in the mall composing a report depressed that I'm not on the surf.... Sad

Shopping with the wife gets you 1 hour of fishing? Man, you got me really looking forward to marriage... Laughing

Thanks, it was very cool to see the skippies and hardheads work as a team to wrangle the mullet into a ball in 4" of water. Couple of them hit me in the confusion! When they busted through the ball, the mullet would form a hole and you could finally see the sand. Wish I had my camera, sorry guys.
