Cant send you to any sites for proof but when you go through the gate of federal property, you leave your constitution at the gate. They can do anything they want. L

Not true. The Constitution is specifically our rules for the Federal Government. It especially applies when on Federal land.

The Bill of Rights specifically protects one against unjust search and seizure under the 4th Amendment.

Next time you are pulled over for no reason start video taping the scene. Ask them why they pelted you over. Ask if, as a Federal employee, they are familiar with the 4th Amendment when they ask if they can search your vehicle. Then ask them what probable cause they have.

If they give you crap, post on Facebook, and Youtube. It will go viral, they will lose their job and things will change on PINS.

In the mean time, you and your passengers will lose hours trying to prove your rights? What if the game warden says "he looked nervous like he was hiding something"? Wouldn't that be his weasel clause to search without any real reason? Maybe I'm a chicken, but I don't think I'd want to put that situation to test.

Another great topic.

Funny, I usually take a beer or two fishing, but don't ever touch it until I'm driving home. Beer tends to slow me down, compromising my fishing...

Another note... The discrepancy of rangers, police etc on how they greet my dogs. I have a female black shepherd who is completely sweet. Last year, a park ranger north of north rd, south of BHP, rolled down his window and gave her a biscuit .. Great guy. since then, nothing but testosterone filled young dicks. Keep in mind, I fish Monday and Tuesdays, I rarely am 100 yards from anybody. I thought abut putting up signs around camp saying "my dog is friendly".... if she had a social security number I would get her a fishing license

My solution is to fish access rd 2 towards Port A. No law enforcement seen there for over three years on Monday and Tuesday

"He looked nervous," is not probable cause.

The reason they ask for permission to search your vehicle is they do not have legal probable cause. If you tell them no, they can't. Plain and simple. If they do, and you have it on video, they are in a heap of trouble.

Most likely, if they know you are video taping them, and you ask them questions as I laid out, that will be a very quick stop.
