I reckon catching fish is time consuming...

I actually got to meet the legend the Sunday before labor day. I think he mentioned he and his wife are getting their house on the island ready for sale. Lots of honey do's. Not sure whether he wants where he is moving to out there but it isn't very far.... and is in someones backyard.....

He was looking for some dirt in Flour Bluff. Wonder if he ever found any?

Really bites...they are tearing apart the golf course I cut my teeth on...and cut greens, fairways, and picked up balls on the driving range...and on and on. Sad

I caught up with UncleD the last weekend in August in Port O'Connor. We spent Saturday morning wetting hooks and talking about boats and such. Sat around in the afternoon having brews and solving all manner of problems. Had supper with a fellow boat builder and called it a day. A good day. He's seems to be doing okay. Kind of holding down two jobs driving hot shot deliveries and of course flying when they need him to.

ST

I hear there are a lot of redfish within your gas budget. I hate cleaning them though.
