I'm sure that more than a few groups of people are going to be on the beach this upcoming labor day weekend. We'll attempt to get away from everyone on PINS.

Anyone have a recent weed update on the national seashore? I realize that the high surf over the next few days will likely change the weed conditions anyways, but just looking for a report on it.

Was down there Saturday....weed was horrible, and the current was ragin' south.

Was down near Mansfield Thurs-Sat. Weed horrible.

Stayed at Mansfield sat - sunday, Saturday weed the whole length of the beach drive back sunday weed cleared up from the pavement to about the 5

Check the PINS camera, it's back live again. Like everyone has mentioned, it's a SOLID line of weed washing in right now.

Looks like Tyler cracked a whip and they fixed the issue right away.

Too bad the same can't be said for the Bob Hall Camera. It's been stuck in December, and may just make it a whole year. Confused

Just got off the beach from a charter. Weed owns the beach from the pavement to the jetties. There is bait in the water and if you REALLY work at it you can find fish but it is work. Jeff Wolda

Might have to figure something else out for this weekend. Every report I read on the gulf side mentions weed. Good stuff.
