got a feeling we are going to have alot for dayssss,water shed got a good bunch.might jack up the trout for a while,reds dont care,but we needed it.

There has to be runoff for there to be a fresh water influx. I think the majority of this fell so slow it soaked up like a sponge.

Even with everything we received over the past week, (7 inches at my house) Lake Travis is only up 5 inches. I don't think anything is going to reach the coast. Esp Baffin.

Actually the Back Bays of Baffin respond quickly to very little rain. This was enough to make me wish i could call in and spend the next coule of days way back in the skinny water.

Hopfully this weekend I can get the gear a little wet!!!!

OH! For it to make a difference over here, I think we will definetly require some run-off from the Aransas and Mission rivers. For the week a grand total of .27". Tuesday=.01", Wednesday=.11" and today =.15. Heck, until today my dog couldn't even get mud on his feet outside! LOL..........cC

SHHHH!...sent a buddy to the gauntlet today..water levels 14.1..perfect time to hit it...16 reds and limits of drum each....now we will need some high winds to keep the action going Wink...i may return soon
