ah you croaker specialists know what I am talking about. You just know by that big thump and line free spooling fast what is about to happen. The biggest I kept was 26 cause he was gut hooked. let some nice ones go. caught exactly one fish until 11:30 then it was on, was catch and release at 1. Good day on the water

Nice haul!

May I ask what general location you were in? Not your HH, but just the general area.

As you run from bird to say baffin there is a grassy shore line along the island that starts a couple miles from the bird launch . boats are on it all the time and it is one of the few places where I found 1/2 azz water. Brown Tide was there but it was fishable. The fish are either right on the edge or are 50 plus yards off. I get in the shallow and check the edge then move up to cast off it a ways. yesterday they were on the edge. I am also thinking with the high pressure the bits is late.

Again, very nice. Looks like you might have the best lookin' fishing buddy I've seen in a while. Nice to see you gettin' her out on the water.
As you know there have been some very nice trout down that way. I've had the chance to fish them all week. Very Happy

Sounds, and looks like, a great day on the water. But, of course, any day on the water, is a great day. Catching sure puts a plus on things. Keep it up.
