There should not be any on an incoming tide. There is no brown tide in the gulf.   |

| Thank goodness no brown tide in the Gulf. Now just to pray that no red tide shows up this year. |

On Saturday at the end of Whitecap you could see a nice brown streak taking up most of the third or second gut on the outgoing tide from Packery.

And it came back in to the jetties about 9 am ....  |

A buddy of mine was there the last couple of days and managed a few trout on south packery right before sundown. Said the blankets of seaweed was all over the north end on the channel side.
