Winds 16-19mph out of the ESE. They may ease up to 10-15 at sunrise but iI'm doubting that. The temp. is 79, humidity is at 93%, bar is up abit at 29.94, RAIN 0. station TX-NU-56. Headed out in about 1 hour. My guest today is navytexan ( James ) and we are headed North to greener pastures I hope after yesterdays adventure. The coffee is most awesome this morning as I was whooped yesterday and slept like a rock last night. Let's go grind. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED.

getting ready to go.
The catch for today.
The clean up....GOOD JOB NAVYTEXAN!!!!!
We found the reds up in about a foot of water back in the boat hole. We caught them on topwaters and one on a pumpkinseed bull minnow. James let one that oversize go. The bite was aggressive at first. You don't need bait. The water was awesome. Back on the otherside Whitecap channel had lots of floating dead mullet. Sad. _________________ I LIKE MINE FRIED. |
