Just wanted to let yall know about these lights I picked up at South Texas Trolling Motors a couple weeks ago, they work very well and put out 300 lumens with 4 AA batteries in the head and last at least 8 hours since I have not used them more than that yet. I didn't think 300 lumens was much light but it's more than enough and the green led really brings out the contrast of the fish.

I bought one directly from Stiffy. I really don't remember for sure, but I think it was $125.00.

Stickemsick,

What batteries are you using in those? I'm not getting anything near 8 hours. Thanks.

Yes they are on Sale for the low low price of $125.00 each...I know it was hard to swallow but I wanted my wife to have one too....what was I thinking. One of them already had Interstate batteries in it and the other one I just put Energizers in and I think the Energizers are gonna lose. They have the same little 4 cell battery pack that a mojo dove has that connects to one of those 9 volt battery connectors...I know I'm getting real technical here...lol either way I've been wanting to build some to save a buck or 2 but since that's what I usually do and it either ends up costing almost as much and doesn't turn out as well not to mention takes up a lot of time...mainly researching parts I figured what the hell...I'd Rather Be Fishin...not to mention I had just gotten a lil bonus so it made my decision to spend $350 buks...ouch a little easier. (2 lights and 2 gigs from Roy's)
I'm just glad they work as well as they do.
