I spent a few hours at Port A jetty today. The water was very green and fairly clear. I could see smacks and even a few pompano jumping now and then. No strikes until I changed my black wire leader to 60# mono. I caught four smacks. 3 were just at keeper size but I only kept the 4th at about 21". Beautiful weather out there!

Smack attacks, love it, will need to hit the jetties. I've had good luck with them throwing speck rigs and spoons.

I threw several lures and, sorry, I don't know the name of them. The manolure types seemed to work best.
