Pompano Stuffed with Crab and clam stuffing.....
Took some Fresh Gulf Pomps and deboned them. Then stuffed with some crab cake and clam stuffing I got at the seafood dept of HEB Plus on Saratoga... Rubbed EVOO and sprinkled with Slap ya Mama Cajun Seasoning.... Baked for 45 minutes until the internal temp reached 145 degrees Fahrenheit .... Let cool off for 7 minutes and then ate !!! Very Delicious .... Enjoy!!!
