Blood Drive Sunday 2-3-13 on the Island, Gypsy at Fortuna Bay Drive. Just read an article that regular male blood doners can reduce their chance of heart attack by 88%. So drain off a pint of sludge. Kinda like getting an oil change for your body.

Only downside to that date is that its the same day as the Superbowl. Not sure how the turnout will be.

Dont forget the Blood Drive tomorrow well before the Super Bowl. A hearty meal after donating is recommended so I plan on fulling up with nasty snacks and doing it guilt free.
