47 DEGS, 93% humidity, barometric pressure very high at 30.24, the winds are 10-12 mph out of the north. The fish should be laying on the very bottom. 10 hours of work yesterday and making ready to hit the water this morning for some fishing. I hope to be back at the dock by 10:30 with some pics. The coffee is most welcomed this morning.

Well we managed 2 trout and 1 flounder in the stiff wind this morning. The due north wind made it just about impossible to drift the edges of channels even with the drift sock in tow. Not only was it hard to drift it was impossible to feel the artificials, I should have taken a few bigger jig heads than the 1/8 oz we were throwing. The fish are on the bottom laying in the mud. So as usual we came home at 10:30 and cleaned the boat and the fish. i suggested that we fry up lunch with the fresh catch. That went over very well.

A few fillets, some fries, and some oysters, and there's lunch. Sorry my friends there was no leftovers. After that it was mow the yard, but first knock down the gopher mounds. Nice day though.

Looks really good! Atleast y'all got to make it out. I've been working on cleaning out my workshop and cleaning the lawn. Great day for that.

Just as I was ready to call it a day....the wife HOLLARS no water coming out of the kitchen sink. I'm assuming a bad diverter valve from the faucet to the sprayer.

Faucet is out. Should have installed a Moen or American Standard. Not the Home depot Pegasus brand. A good faucet should last 20 years, not 3 years. Tomorrow.......a good top of the line.

Fish & chips Bluff style! Might need a hardy beer to help take the edge off the north wind.

As a contractor I suggest Moen. You can always find parts and they warranty their products well. American Standard has good products but if you have problems down the road the parts are not as readily available.

Good luck and get back to fishing.
