Went almost 6 miles south of Bob hall hitting it right at sunrise. Water looked great when I got there (That changed as the day went on).
At first there seemed to be very little weed in the water but when I tried throwing the long rod it got bad fast. Still ended up being a good day. Ended up with 4 pomps and a 24" drum. All were caught on Shrimp/fish bites combo.
When I got home and I was cleaning up the Tundra A very nice Neighbor Whom I had never met before stopped and gave me four containers of very tasty cherry tomatos. Random acts of kindess trully make a good day great. I gave him a jar of my homemade Orange Marmalaid. He was very happy as well. Gotta love the Bluff!!

I snapped a photo of them as they were singing the "12 days of a flour Bluff Christmas" the pomp on the right was belting out "5 GOLDEN SPOONS"

Merry Christmas to you Stan. Hope its a great one bud. Feels good to reel some in. Had been a really slow year for me. Many thanks too all the corpusfishing family that's has brought many great tips and tactics. I have learned a ton!
