I have a sharp fillet knife and some time to process the catch tomorrow afternoon. I yield 4 filets from each trash can lid. LMK.

Bahahahaha! I think that would turn out like the Thunderdome, "Two men enter, one man leaves"! ACTUALLY..... I blew my ankle out chasing the little one in the backyard last night! Ankle is swollen and crutches are on the menu for today!

I believe a little wade in some cold, waist deep, water would do wonders for it but Im at work!
