This comes directly from Lou. This recipe is for a large amount so you may want to modify for the amount that you want.

3 cups soy sauce (about 1 bottle)
1 cup worchestershire
1 medium bottle pace picante (hot or medium depending on taste)
1 or two beers (depending on size of pot)
1 chopped onion
12 cloves chopped garlic or heavy dose of garlic powder
juice of 2 or 3 limes - optional
1 chopped jalapeno & good dose tabasco sauce & healthy sprinkling
of red chili flakes

Mix and add just enough water to cover meat. Marinate 1 - 2 hours more if you have time. Save marinate for basting.

It's a great marinate. Enjoy!

Looks great for chicken - or even fajitas.
