What's the best type of footwear to use when fishing the jetties? I know some old school fisherman used old golf shoes. What do you jetty regulars use? Any suggestions? _________________ "If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles" |

I just go barefoot, but if you have city feet I guess you could try these...

You can just google 5 toe shoes, if you want to find a more budget model. |

| I wouldn't go barefoot even though I've seen people do it. You might end up stepping on a hook that was left behind by someone. I always wear pool shoes. They work out great for me! It doesn't matter if they get wet. |

Thanks for the link! City feet haha far from that, just looking for something that good for gripping the rocks. _________________ "If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles" |

I put these on some crocs, work great. Excellent on the slippery rocks.

I once saw a guy I knew wearing these out on one of the jetties:

He seemed to be getting around pretty sure-footed. _________________ "Money will buy you a fine dog, but only love can make him wag his tail." - Kinky Friedman
