Contact Rockport Tackle Town and ask for Allen.

I am in no way affiliated with Tackle Town (other than as a customer), but I know that you guys hitting Sharkathon need bait.

My understanding is he'll have some serious access to cow nosed rays...you'lll need to contact Allen and ask him what he has and prices.
