Had a great night of fishing (8-10-12) with the wife Smile

she starting off on fire with 3 nice trout in her first three casts Rolling Eyes

I was in Awe, hadn't even put my line in the water...... but I made up for it finishing off the night with 5 more trout and a limit of Reds. Think she's hooked for good now haha cuz she wants to go back tonight !!! Thank God!!!
Live shrimp is still my go to bait, bite started at about 10pm. Having the family over today for a nice fish fry Very Happy

Nice catch. Only been down there 4 times this year and only trout and whiting. Still need to get me some reds yet this year. Way to go!

Went back on Saturday, kept three nice sized trout, caught alot of small ones and barely legals...let them go for another day to grow. Very Happy

Saw alot of skipjacks working the surface, caught a few. Had a good time with the fam, won't be back at it till next weekend. Let you all know how it goes. PEACE!!

Wish I knew how to catch even on speck lol or my first red. But newbs have to start somewhere, I'm still trying to figure out what bait to use and how to use it. :)

Good job. I jus got a boat and it's like learning to fish all over again. Had part is knowing where to fish if you see a black boat anchored up by you this weekend that would be me...
