Why does it take 3 city of CC employees (2 of them smoking cigarettes) to open up a fire hydrant and stand around and watch perfectly good water go down the storm system?

Oh, and by the way, it took 2 city trucks for the three of them. Confused

This was off of Lola Johnson & Laguna Shores drive yesterday.

I've watched them play hide n seek in their trucks on the island. I've seen them working on the weekends and holidays on non-emergency jobs collecting a lot of overtime. It's a shame the supervisors are so lax with the taxpayers money.

Video these acts when you see them and then take it to the Mayor and City Manager (which will have no effect what so ever) then take it to the News, 3, 6 and 10.

My daughter snapped this photo today (Monday 08/06/12). A picture of a city employee watering my yard with a water release....opposed to dumping it on the street. Common sense finally??? I think so.

Now I can wait for a batch of fungus to form. Confused
