Well I finely got my old boat I brought from Colorado 2 years ago sea worthy. Took the wife and kids for a maiden voyage down Packery. Needless to say we got stranded in shallow water. Wife and daughter did not want to get out to help and son got a injured knee. Hard to push it off and get back in before the wind push it back on the sand. The plan is to put in at the T heads to fish around that area. Deeper water for saltwater boating newbee. Any advice for this area will be appreciated.
