| Go to Conn Brown Harbor, several bait shops. I used to go to Salty Dawg--think it has a different name now. Also Hampton's Landing--which is not at Conn Brown. |

Was impressed with the crew at what was Crabman's and is now Tarpon Marina(I think) and they are also same bunch that runs/ran the bait operation at Conn Brown. _________________ Mike |

| fin and feather and tarpon marina (dont recall the exact name either) are on 361 in between aransas pass and port A. They sell live shrimp. I know you were looking for pointers also on places in that area. There is a road coming from aransas pass right before fin and feather on the right. Take that road all the way to the waters edge and you can wade the flats. Lots of grass flats in there. |

I'd suggest the Bait Shop at Hampton's Landing on Ransom Road. _________________ FishLady
