new to the site. only been in corpus for about 2 yrs. been a over the road truck driver, so havent done to much fishing here. but i gave up that career for a local job. so now i need to make some new friends here to help me out with fishing the area have a kayak and all. was raised in fl know how to fish there real good. done alright here in corpus but can do a lot better. any one give me some ideas on where to go. thanks

From a retired OTR there are a lot of good places to put the kayak in. Dimmit Pier, Deadman's, Shamrock, Nueces County Park, All along the beach when the surf is down. Bird Island (need passes for there). There are a couple of good books in print giving locations and directions. Nueces Bay is a good area. Any where between Pt Aransas and Aransas Pass along hwy 361. Very Happy

Welcome...anywhere in Flour Bluff/Laguna or Packery Channel should put you on some fish.
