I had Mockingbirds eating my cherry tomatoes just as they turned ripe. My wife put out this feather boa kitty toy (looks like a snake) and we haven't seen a Mockingbird since.

Let us know how long that lasts Tyler, "Scare crows" of whatever ilk don't work forever................................ even the less smart of the bird clan usually figure things s out quickly, and Mockingbirds DON'T fall into that category!!!!
People in these parts spend small fortunes hanging fake Owls and putting fake snakes in and around their gardens and boats, but those same gardens are still eaten up as much as the rest and those same boats are covered with bird guano!!!
It will be interesting to see if your deal works any better. _________________ Dave

I like the idea Tyler. We grew sunflowers last year so the birds had their fill on those and left the veggies alone. _________________ Fish On! |

From the looks of the picture, it's working just fine.
I like the idea, Tyler. May try something similar this season. _________________ "Ya'll must eat a lot of fish" |
