You can actually be a team owner of Green Bay. They are currently offering ownership shares...

Then why do the Cowboys STILL sell out more than any team on the road, have more games on Prime-time TV, sell most NFL merchandise ect and thats without having been in a superbowl since 95!
Packers are Americas cheesy team!
The name acually came from NFL films narrator & Packers maybe trying to claim it now (riding superbowl win) but heres the real story.

| The Packers took over for the most merchandise for a team sold by the NFL. They have a list of requests for season tickets that is over 75K and their fans fill poor attendence stadiums all over the country. Some teams feel like they aren't the home team whenever they play the Packers because of all the GB fans in attendence. Dallas made up this statement yrs ago, but everyone knows it is the GB Packers that are REALLY America's Team. JJ may be a billionaire with deep pockets, but he hasn't been able to buy a winning team for a long time. |

Yep Cowboys original and ONLY Americas team! Every team that wins a superbowl trys to claim it but DALLAS owns it! And they are the sales leader of NFL sports merchandise of JC Penny across the nation which has stores in every state and Puerto Rico. _________________ ---Behold the fisherman, he rises early and awakens the whole house. But the season isn't over yet is it.... the cowboys are still in it and are still contenders no matter how twist it. No team ever takes playing the cowboys lightly regardless of the season they might be having |

I'm originally from Wisc. and have been an avid Packer fan since 1959, but have lived in Flour Bluff since 1981.
The cowboys aren't officially dead for this season until the Giants dispose of them next week. I "almost" feel sorry for the Cowboy players because they haven't been able to get to or win a PO game for so long. Hope they don't get shut out again. |

| You're right, they did score near the end of the game. Reminds me of their last 2 games against the Packers, they scored near the end to avoid the shutout, even though they had a complete spanking both years. |

The Green Bay Packers announced on Tuesday that fans have purchased nearly 250,000 shares.
The franchise also said that it would expand its initial offering by 30,000. That would suggest the team is confident it has the ability to sell more shares.
The offering will continue until Feb. 29, 2012, unless prior to that date the Packers sell the maximum number of shares that they are offering.
