the southeast slews before the copano bridge in bayside....those slews hold good amounts of crabs, just don't take any shrimp, game wardens are always on the look out _________________ fought for my country so you dont have to |

Is there any place near JFK Bridge area where I could find some crabs? Copano is a bit far, but I'll make the drive if that's the only place. _________________ HighTide

For sale or to catch? There is a crab store on 361 on your way to Port Aransas. It is on the right just before you get to that little strip mall that houses the Ace Hardware in Port A. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

There are some big ones in the Nueces river aroung the boat ramp. I caught a HUGE one on a jug line. It was probably 10" across. The biggest crab I have seen in years, probably due to no crabbing pressure there...Adios

| The railroad bridge off FB drive is always a good place to catch some. Go down FB drive and take a right at Don Patricio. |

I would prefer to catch them. I tried crabbing that railroad bridge about a week ago and didn't get a single one. Has anybody caught any there recently? _________________ HighTide

used to catch a bunch there at the trestle when i was a child. if you wanna work a little harder for them walking packery flats is good. walked the flats last year and my cooler couldn't hold anymore. _________________ "When times are tough,
