We got these from a 70 plus pound sow.
I put a rack in a aluminum pan and added half a bottle of Apple Cider to it and wrapped the top in foil and put it in the oven. The ribs took about 5.5 hrs at 250 degrees to get tender. It was well worth the wait after I brushed them with Stubbs Spicy BBQ sauce and browned them on both sides on the grill.

basicly a mayo type coleslaw w/ boiled shrimp.
there's a recipie on 2cool where I got the basis for the stuff I made...
search Hillman's shrimp coleslaw.
here's a tip, tho... on one batch I was gonna make it colorful and used red cabbage and purple onions... the shrimp took on a nice deep purple color
adding some crab/shimp boil stuff when cooking the shrimp gives them a little better flavor IMO. _________________ the creepy uncle that scares the kids.... |
