If any of you guys who live down in the Corpus/Rockport/Port A area know of a Fishing Cabin Timeshare (something like Capt Carl's cabin) that is for sale could you please PM me with the info?? I would like to buy into a timeshare of a fishing Cabin so I can use it as often as possible, depending on availability. I would like to have maybe 2-3 other owners so I could use it once a month.

You may wanna research some of the re-zoning of the West side cabins before you make a commitment, I remember a post here that mentioned a law suit with one of the big ranch foundations down there.

I'm not an expert but I'm sure someone here has more info on that situation or at least can point you in the right direction!
