Hello South Texas Emergency Managers, Media Partners, and Spotters,
Quick Update - Tide levels are running about 1 foot above normal along the mid Texas coast due to increasing swells and northeast winds. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |

| The period of waves at the closest buoy is up around 8 seconds, so that's some healthy swell (and it jumped up to 5 feet). So if all this storm does is run the water to the dunes, it's not a complete loss. At least the 'powered sugar' sands will get packed down and the beach driving won't be so bad..... |

Will the high water still be around by Monday morning or will it have subsided much? _________________ ...a bad day fishing still beats yardwork. |
