Since I can no longer enjoy it in the restaurant, does anyone have a recipe for the BBQ sauce or something closely resembling?? Thanks in advance.

Some ex Cottens employees opened a bbq stand in Robstown next to Rigos Radiator shop. I cant rember the name, just look for Rigos on Main Street. There is also a BBQ place in Kingsville owned my ex Cottens employees.
