I am writing my article for the Saltwater Angler and honestly have seen two reports of trips down PINS and both mentioned better driving but none mentioned any fish. I haven't been down in two weeks and it was still bad then.
Also if you have any recent fishing pics send them to Capt Behnke at

I've read on some of the usual websites over the last several days of the driving on PINS being really bad and the weed is really thick. A couple of spinners caught along with some pomps/whiting. I also read of rangers cracking down on campfires as well.
Seems about right for this time of year. _________________

Capt. Billy posted this on EC:
| Quote: | | Went to the Port Mansfield jetties today and the sargassum owns it totally from one end to the other. Couple of soft spots North, sucks between 19 and 22 and the rest is about a 4. Think I'll go to Roy's Appreciation Days. I'm giving a power point presentation both days by the way. Billy |
