Tonight I had two nice yellowfin tuna steaks that I didn't know what to do with so I decided to sear them. I crushed up some garlic croutons and crusted the steaks in them. I then seasoned them in garlic powder, kosher salt, pepper and season salt. I put them in very hot olive oil for about a minute on both sides, sprinkled with some parsley and boyyyyy, let me tell ya! It was awesome! Oh and by the way, please tell me if the image doesn't work.
