I grilled this last night and used traditional Alder wood chips available now at HEB. We cracked the Dungeness pieces a bit then marinated in olive oil and garlic and warmed them thoroughly and served those with San Luis Sour Dough bread.

Looks great man. Hey Tyler where do you get the crab legs? I find the bluff HEB has the snow crabs on sale every now and then for like $4/lb but their price on dungeness always looks a little high, no? _________________ ...if my boss ever finds this forum I'll be unemployed... |
