| I'm going to Port Mansfield for the first time this weekend(no boat). Could someone give me a fishing report and any good fishing spots. Will be fishing from pier from a house i rented. Any bait recommendations? |

| I was in Port Mansfield last week Wednesday through Sunday. Our fishing was slow. We fished with Gulp shrimp and various other jigs, but every one of our trout were eventually caught on live mullet that we caught and were freelining them. Caught one during the heat of the day and the rest were wading in the East Cut. Can't recommend any other places because we fished mostly in places accessible by boat only. Good luck! [/img] |
