Try Southbay Rentals, do not know the address, phone, etc. or try and PM betoold on this website as he works for a rental at the Key Allergo Bridge in Rockport.

Ronnie's rents them for the week or weekend. Their rate is about the same as the MWR on base, but the bases rents daily. The good thing with Ronnie's is you will get a Carolina Skiff with a Yamaha four stroke, safety gear, etc. The boats are solid , shallow running, and almost bulletproof. They are also service by Yamaha techs when they come in. Ask for Jason or Bruce.

The boats on base are a mixed bag, but they do have a daily rate. You do need base access if you don't have it, and as stated, you can purchase an MWR card. The nice thing is they are at the boat ramp on base, which goes directly into the Boat hole.

Happy hunting

If you are going to rent at NAS Corpus you must have a valid Texas Parks and Wildlife Boating safety certificate and go through the NAS boating familiarization course. When you have done both (TP&W course can be done on-line) you can then rent boats. Their boats can not be trailered, you must launch at NAS.
