When I built mine, I was told it was against the law to use a medical regulator if you didn't have a doctor's prescription. There was a long thread about it on this website. That's why I went with a commercial reg. Hope I'm wrong.

I am located in Austin but will ship ~ $5.00 The regulators are specific to the tank. What does the valve on the tank you own look like? Is it a nut and bolt kind of connection i.e. the commercial valve or a rectangular post? I have the rectuangular kind. If you have the other tank I can't help you.

Ask your local gas supply company about the fills.
Most of them will fill it, the gas is all the same.
