| I am going to corpus this week with family. Where can i set up tent with a fishing area nearby such as jetties or pier. I want to fish at night also. |

I B Magee park in Port Aransas. You have Horace Caldwell pier on one side and the Port A south jetty on the other.

although you gotta watch that south side. there was a fight there yesterday, one person bled profusely, the cops were called, people were arrested.
all over fishing too close to each other!

LOL! I'm a fisherman, not a fighter Robul, HA!
those "crazy kids" really got into it though, one guy (who evidently started the whole fricas) had a couple black eyes, busted nose, and fat/bleeding lip.
I talked to the guy who had been encroached and he said he just "finished" the situation, as the guy he lit up had been casting over him and cursing him, and eventually tried to take a poke at him!
Dude! seriously! some guys come up behind you, start casting over your head, and hook their line on your ear, and take a swing at you when you confront them, what are YOU gonna do?
and then to top it off, the guy that got encroached by the crazy kids, was forced to fight, was the one that got arrested! I mean come on! getting led off the jetties in cuffs!
but, he remained calm and evidently the police got the real story out of the lot of them, because he was let back on the jetty to get his stuff, and the encroaching (and now bleeding) guys were kicked off the jetty and their teeny bopper girlfriends had to go back down the jetty and collect their busted man's cooler and tackle!
crazy stuff!
