LOL@ Capt. Mike!

Hey, I'm new to the area, but here's the way I see it.

Billy being Billy > Billy as a park ranger

Billy as a ranger > no Billy on coastal bend

I do think PINS will be better off with him influencing local policies from the inside.

I'm just sayin.

Kind of like the 1970's slogan.......Ted Nugent for president..Go Ted
I say Billy for Super of PINS
He will uphold the law and bust you accordingly.
But he would be fair and it would be a ...........
GREAT PHOTO OP Rolling Eyes
really, getting busted by Uncle Billy
cuffs on, smiling,
Suddenly, Billy loses that dreary look
and lets you go an you run like hell

Maybe Capt. Billy is doing his summer internship?

In his last article in the Texas Saltwater Fishing, Billy wrote that he was being hired by NPS for 3 days a week, for several months in order to collect data on birds. He may also be helping with angler surveys.

He has been the most devoted servant of the national park for years--only thing he didn't get paid for it.

Yup the Padre of PINS is collecting data that we need to show the crate we're important to the seashore. I can't think of anyone who knows the shorebirds better and most of you would talk to about how the fishing is. Unlike some Mr. Sandifer knows we gotta do our part so the others don't have the ammo to stop what we like to do.

Good luck Captain, and if you need help just holler Cool

Jeff....Billy and I go back awhile (since '66). and you know I only pick on people I like.
If Billy was involved any any type of advisory position with in the PINS
system, things would be so much better out there. Heck...those people might even learn something. At least how to treat people.

We got your back, Brother Billy.
Now we have someone on the inside.
As the Zen master said to the ATM machine- "change comes from within"
or something like that.
