Skipper and I took Dad out in the "Buddy Love" at lunch for a couple of hours of fishing in the backyard with shrimp and doa's under popping corks hoping to get Dad on some fish. Not much happening in Skipper's Honey Hole but we did catch a few dink trout, one medium hard head and a couple of skipjacks.

If I can get my dad away from the ranch I will get him fishing again. He and my late grandfather were the ones who got me into it in the first place.

Water not looking too bad. Thanks for the report. Was this from yesterday, or Tuesday? I got out yesterday PM and the water was rough!

That was from Wednesday but I took that shot coming out of Padre Isles Canals. It got pretty windy around 1pm when we left.
