Has anyone heard any up dates...evidence....brass, bullett holes in anything. I would hope that LEO's are looking for something.
100 rounds would leave alot of brass that would need to be policed.
I've been trying to keep up with any information on the news but haven't heard a thing. Maybe at 5:00

i hope they catch these guys.
HAve to agree with TopDog here (there is a first for everything ), that area is frequented by nothing but lowlifes and bored teenagers.
I grew up in Anaville, right along the rvier off of MacKenzie. I knw that area, as we used to ride dirt bikes all around out there. Nothing but "gangsters" from the barrios behind the tracks across from LaBonte park ever hung around there. Heavy drug usage area. We would see them smoking whatever they were smoking as we would ride by. Occassionally one would flash a gun or throw gang signs and we would ride off.
If the CCPD wanted to cut out alot of drugs and arrest a few ganbangers they could stake that place out. They'll be back eventually. High teeange idiot criminals always show back up. |

| gunbuyer wrote: | | sounds like some ignorant people having a good time not knowing what they were shooting at. If they were taking aim at someone they would have probably hit them. But that is still really nuts. My .357 mag goes with me on the boat but wouldnt do much good against any high powered rifle. Maybe it would have made them realize they were shooting at people? At least everyone is ok. |
In the story they mention that they got a decent look at some guys that just stared at them, I'm pretty sure they knew what they were shooting at. However maybe they didn't intend on hitting them just scaring them. Regardless hopefully they get caught and get what they deserve. |

| I think they might be related to the landowners or else doing some illegal drugs and don't want others interfering with them. Usually at night you can see the flash of the barrel. so shopuld be able to shoot back. It was on news today and the game warden backed up there story. |

| To me, this was just some guys trying out their guns/plinking.... maybe not even in the direction of the kayakers.... maybe in their direction.... either way, I believe the shooters had zero idea they were scaring anybody. |
