Met Youngsta at the designated top secret launch

It was pretty darn windy
drifted the first spot and I only foul hooked a dink on mirodine xl

Then we paddled further on over to set up for next mega long drift
Slow at first but then we hit dink city for me,

Then I decided to head towards some spoil islands and found me a 22" red and a 16" trout, also landed a 18ish" red in that same spot, saw a group of about 4 reds, but lost them. Youngsta gave me his trout, thanks bro.

Now for the Front of the island, me my in-laws at their condo in Port A
(Sea Gull... I must say I was impressed with how nice it was their, very cool place).

Set up the long rods, and proceded to catch plenty of whitting, and the kids got to reel some in, then I lost something running hard north to port a. And managed a decent hard head about 18".

The water was dirty at 1pm and proceded to clear up nicely by sunset, and there was some weed, not supper bad. The water past the surf zone was emerald green, then turning dark blue. Saturday might be nice.

Thanks for the report and as an aside--how do you like your kayak? Would you buy the same model again or look for something different?
What is the overall length of your model? Thanks in advance.
