Yeah tried Roy's and Tackle Town neither one of them will service it for me.

try calling Silstar Company. They're the one's that build Pinnacle reels. The reason for most repair shops not wanting to service the reel is that parts are always an issue with these types of companies. Silstar, Pinnacle, Master, South Bend, Eagle Claw and the list goes on. These companies build reels and change them out so often that the repair shops get stuck with outdated parts they can't use which means lost money because the Companies won't take the old parts back. Try the info below. Most repair shops can fix the reel if you get the right parts for them. It has been a big problem getting the correct parts for reels from these type of companies causing a higher cost to the customer.

I've used a place in Rockport when no one else would work on my reel. I can't remember the name but it is on Hwy 35 across from Palm Harbor.
