Hello, Just moved to Rockport and I'm looking for a fishing friend in Rockport. I Have moved from So. Cal. and have tuna fished out of San Diego for many years. I know nothing about this area and would like to meet some friends. I have plenty of gear and love to fish. You name it and I will do it. I have been fishing at the St. Jo jetty and caught a couple of Reds and plenty of Sheepshead. Don't know anyone here.

I don't live in Rockport but if you happen to be in the corpus area, I'd be more than happy to meet up with you and go fishing whenever I can. Don't have 4wd so any jetty, wade, or pier fishing I can definitely handle. And welcome

Welcome to Texas! Very different fishing then the West Coast, with sportboats not the same as the typical California experience. Tons of good wade, small boat and kayak opportunity. Check your PM's

We have some really good yellowfin fishing here too in the fall and early winter. Just not the 200 pound plus fish.

beto6059 is always looking for someone to go out with him to catch hardheads and whiting. Send him a pm. He lives in Rockport even though his info says he is in AP. Plus he is a nice guy!
