Debating for tomorrow, whether I should make some more of this or brew some beer...seesh, I need 2 big pots these days and I wouldn't have to face making hard choices like this.

Thanks for the recipe Sapo. I tried it today with some Redfish, blue crab, and shrimp and it was awesome. Will be making this again.

Im guessing your from Louisiana right? Or atleast Cajun blood? Ha. I am from New Iberia. I've always thought "making your mouth water" was just an expression. I found out it wasnt when I saw this.
