What are you favorite flies for targeting jacks and tarpon in the surf and jetties?

I have had some luck with Tarpon in the surf with big Deceiver patterns, like on a 2/0 or bigger saltwater streamer hook. Just tie half a chicken pelt on there and you're good to go. There is also a topwater pattern called Bob's Banger that I like in the surf. It makes lots of noise which seems to get the attention of Jacks cruising the surf. They are big, wind resistant, patterns. I throw them with either a 10wt or 12wt rod, and it is quite a workout. I haven't done any jetty fishing, but I imagine the same patterns would work.
