When I was a kid, a guy tended bees on our land outside of Panama City. We had some tupelo trees nearby and the honey we got was awesome.

| I made the mistake of fishing the Mansfield Jetties one shark a thon. It took 6 hours of driving in the deep sand to get out of there. Never again. Just too crowded for this old pilgrim. |

I've heard they are bony but well worth it. Next time I catch one I'm gonna try it.
I don't think they qualify as "boney". It's their tough hide that makes them harder to clean.
