Currently, Cape Coral FL, Yuma AZ, and El Paso are the only municipal desalination water plants, but there are are almost 40 in the works on 3 coasts.

A friend stopped by our cabin yesterday across from the Badlands at Baffin. No cabin damage or pier damage. We did have a tree down in the yard. I think you should be fine....
